Can we select the exact items we want, or is it a mixed variety?

Both. Order by the case or the pallet and you pick exactly what you want, line by line. If you would rather take Odd Bunch mixed boxes in bulk, we can set that up too, and you can tell us what to leave out.

Is product availability consistent, or does it change often?

Produce is seasonal, so the exact varieties move through the year. Your core lines stay steady because we work across 80+ Canadian farms and growers, so when one supply tightens another covers it. Your account manager flags a change before it reaches your order, not after.

What quality should we expect?

The same grade you would buy anywhere else. Around half of what we rescue looks completely standard and was turned away for surplus, packaging, or retail timing. The rest are perfectly good misfits, just curvier or smaller than a retail spec allows. Every case is handled to CFIA standards, traceable to the lot, and kept in a temperature-controlled cold chain from farm to your dock.

Can you handle very large volume requirements?

Yes. We supply large health authorities and school districts as well as community food programs, and pricing improves as volume goes up. If your requirement is larger than anything described on this page, say so in the form and we will build to it.

What is the shelf life of your produce?

Produce leaves our facility within [confirm: X hours] of arriving, so it lands with the usable life you would expect from a wholesaler. Exact windows vary by item, and your account manager can give you per-line expectations before you commit to an order.

What lead time do you need for orders?

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. If you sit outside those provinces, get in touch anyway. We are expanding, and it helps to know where the demand is.
