We are a zero-commitment weekly subscription service, which means you can cancel or skip any orders without any penalty as long as you do it before the deadline of Tuesday 11:55 pm. Orders are scheduled automatically if you do not skip them.
We have an option of updating the frequency to biweekly, once every three weeks or even monthly. You can also pause your subscription if you'll be away for an extended period. To do this, you can email us at help@atmor.autos for assistance or use the Manage Subscription section after logging into your account.
Here are the steps for skipping orders:
Log into your account
Click ‘On your Profile’
Click ‘On View Upcoming Orders’
Click ‘Skip Order’ for the corresponding delivery date/week
Click ‘Yes, Skip this Order’ to skip it
If it changes to say ‘Unskip’, it is skipped correctly
Skipping Deadline:
- You can skip orders up to 10 weeks in advance.
- The change must be made by Tuesday at 11:55 PM ET / 8:55 PM PT for the upcoming week.

To add specific delivery instructions, such as a buzzer code for entry, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account on our website.
2. Go to "Manage Subscription" and select "Address and Shipping Information."
3. Update your address details, including the buzzer code in the "Address Line 2" field.
Additionally, on the day of delivery, you can reply to the delivery text message with your instructions for delivery. If you have any permanent instructions, please email them to us so we can attach them to your account.
Once you've updated your delivery instructions, we'll make sure to follow them for your future deliveries.

No! We understand that your time is precious and shouldn’t be wasted waiting for your box to arrive. Nonetheless, it makes it easier for our delivery team if you are home and ensures your produce remains at peak freshness. You can also leave a cooler outside to keep your produce as fresh as possible if you like, although this is not required.
If you have signed up before the weekly order deadline of Tuesday at 11:55pm Eastern Time or 8:55pm Pacific Time, you will receive your order within the same week. If you signed up after the weekly deadline, your first order will be scheduled for the following week. You can check your delivery day by entering your postal code on our Delivery Area page.
All deliveries are typically made between 12:00pm and 8:00pm local time. The exact time of delivery cannot be specified, as we optimize deliveries within your neighbourhood in order to minimize our carbon emissions and negative environment effects.
Our delivery team will provide you with the most accurate delivery window possible on the day of delivery, as long as we have your phone number on file. We will ring your doorbell or knock upon arrival, unless requested otherwise.
Yes, we deliver to apartments, as long as you are able to provide us with the necessary information to complete a delivery in your building. This includes your apartment or unit number, as well as buzzer or entry code, where applicable. If you have additional delivery instructions, you can add them to your account within "Manage Subscription". If we are unable to connect with you or gain access to your building at the time of delivery, your box will be left in the intercom or lobby area and a proof of delivery will be sent to you. We do not take responsibility of any theft that occurs as a result and encourage you to collect your box promptly after the delivery is made.
We deliver on a weekly basis by default, however, if you need to skip a week, you can click “Skip Delivery” by proceeding to "Manage Subscriptions" within your Odd Bunch account. We also offer the option to receive your box bi-weekly or even monthly. Please reach out to our team at help@atmor.autos and we will get this set up for you.
Our system processes orders based on the data entered by users and operates automatically. Since both boxes have already been delivered, we are unable to make changes to the order after the fact. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Steps to add additional box steps:
When you login you will be on the page where it will display your next order details.
- Scroll down and click on Browse All products
- You will be redirected to next page where you can see all the boxes which we offer.
- Then click on Add box which you want to add to your subscription > click on Add to order and it will be added and you will see a confirm notification.
This must be done by the Tuesday 11:55 pm Eastern Time/8:55 pm Pacific Time or 9:55 pm Mountain Time deadline for the upcoming week.
To switch your subscription box, follow these steps:
When you login you will be on the page where it will display your next order details.
- 1.Click on the arrow beside your box and scroll down to click on swap this for a different product
- You will be redirected to next page where you can see all the boxes which we offer
- Then select the box you wish to swap for > click on swap product and it is confirmed
This must be done by the Tuesday 11:55 pm Eastern Time/8:55 pm Pacific Time or 9:55 pm Mountain Time deadline for the upcoming week.

Steps to add or update payment Method/Billing address:
1. Login to your account
2. Click on Address & Payment Details > Scroll down to click on Manage Payment Methods.
3. Here you can either Add a New payment Method or edit/update existing Payment details.
4. Then click on the check box if the billing address needs to be the same (or uncheck the box to update the billing address)
5. Check the box "Update all of my subscriptions to use this Payment" if you want all your subscriptions to have this payment method (applicable when you have more than one Subscription).
6. Click on Save Changes.

Our payments are processed through a third-party service and can be made using a debit or credit card, depending on your preference. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or PayPal payments at this time.
When you complete your first purchase, you will be charged as soon as the order is placed. For all following orders, you will be charged every Wednesday for that week's delivery.
All of our orders go through our online website platform, Shopify Payments. We accept all major debit cards, credits cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Your information is kept completely private, encrypted, and safe in our system. Please note that our website is 256 SSL Secure and PCI DSS compliant.
No. We do not import produce from the US or any other country. However, if Canadian-owned distributors already have US produce in Canada that would otherwise go to waste, we may include it in our boxes.
We are working to limit the amount of US produce we source, but completely eliminating it would hurt Canadian-owned businesses, increase food waste, and severely impact the variety of fruits and vegetables available throughout year.
Canadian farms can’t meet year-round demand. Grocery stores still reject produce based on cosmetic standards, regardless of where it’s grown. Our goal is to rescue that produce before it goes to waste and ensure Canadian families and individuals are getting the fruits and vegetables they need at fair prices.
We have maintained stable prices for years and will continue to do so by optimizing our supply chain.

Each week we seek out a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that may be either imperfect in appearance or are part of a surplus harvest. We do this through our network of growers, including farmers greenhouses, as well as partner distributors. With Odd Bunch, you can choose from 7 preset box types. As the produce market is volatile, selections vary week to week, however, you can count of getting your staples like tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers more often than not.

Yes! You can customize your box by submitting a request on our Substitutions page between Monday at 2:00pm (local time, after the menu has been updated) and 11:55pm Eastern Time on Tuesday. With that said, each box is curated carefully to maximize both variety and our food waste recovery efforts. With our set boxes, you are diverting from 10-15 pounds of food from ending up in landfills or from being used for subpar purposes (in which case, farmers will only be compensated a fraction of what they should for perfectly good produce).
We understand if you have allergies or if there are certain items that you are not a fan of - we don't want you to end up wasting any fruits or vegetables either. You are able to make 1 substitution for free each week and additional substitutions cost a small fee. For more details on customizations, please visit our Substitutions page.
Odd Bunch does offer two fully Organic produce boxes. We often rescue surplus Organic produce, so you will see Organic items in our standard boxes too.
Our partners across Ontario, BC, Alberta and Quebec—including JP Gladstone Farms in Blenheim, ON, and Shadow Produce Family Farm in Chilliwack, BC—help us deliver quality produce year-round. We strive to provide fresh, local produce year-round. However, as you know, Canada’s growing season is limited, and certain fruits and vegetables aren’t available locally in the winter or any season for that matter. To ensure a steady supply, maintain variety and to reduce food waste, we also partner with local Canadian Vendors who may source produce from outside Canada. We, on our own, never import produce. If Canadian-owned distributors already have US produce in Canada that would otherwise go to waste, we may include it in our boxes.
