1/4 cup, Toasted in pan.
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss squash + potatoes + onion with olive oil + salt + pepper on a baking sheet. Roast 25–30 min until golden and tender.
2.
Transfer to a large pot. Add broth + garlic + cumin. Bring to a simmer and cook 5 min.
3.
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Stir in cream. Taste and adjust salt.
4.
Ladle into bowls. Serve with crusty bread.
