This Contest is subject to all applicable provincial and local laws and regulations.
Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm EDT on August 31, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
3. How to Enter
There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Contest entry options include:
Via a Purchase and the Website
Every Odd Bunch subscription box purchased during the Contest Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”) includes a sticker with a Quick Response Code (“QR Code”). When an active subscriber of Odd Bunch scans the QR Code, they are directed to a landing page with a dynamic URL parameter that identifies which weekly draw period the entry applies to. The subscriber submits an email address, confirms age of majority, and acknowledges the Official Rules. Click where indicated to receive one (1) entry into the relevant Weekly Prize drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing (“Website Entry”), subject to the limits set out below.
Via Mail-in for Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
To enter the Contest without making a purchase, submit an original, handwritten, 500 (minimum) to 750 (maximum) word essay (“Qualifying Essay”) by mail to FoodFund Inc. c/o Marketing, 295 Waterloo St, London, ON N6B 2N5, explaining why you believe that fighting food waste matters to you. For clarity, if an Entrant submits an AMOE in multiple weekly periods, each Qualifying Essay must be original and unique from every other submitted Qualifying Essay, in order to qualify for a draw entry. The AMOE submission must also contain, in addition to the Qualifying Essay, the Entrant's full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, province of residence, and a statement confirming eligibility and acceptance of the Official Rules. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than four (4) business days before, and physically received by Odd Bunch prior to, a scheduled draw to be eligible for that week's draw. Entries postmarked after Wednesday, August 23, 2026 and/or received after the final draw are not eligible for any draw. Each Qualifying Essay shall result in one (1) entry into the relevant Weekly Prize drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing (“Mail-in Entry”), subject to the limits set out below.
Qualification periods for Weekly Prize draws (each a “weekly period”) will be as follows:
Weekly 1: July 1, 2026 to July 5, 2026
Weekly 2: July 6, 2026 to July 12, 2026
Weekly 3: July 13, 2026 to July 19, 2026
Weekly 4: July 20, 2026 to July 26, 2026
Weekly 5: Jul 27, 2026 to August 2, 2026
Weekly 6: August 3, 2026 to August 9, 2026
Weekly 7: August 10, 2026 to August 16, 2026
Weekly 8: August 17, 2026 to August 23, 2026
The qualification period for the Grand Prize draw will be July 1, 2026 to August 23, 2026.
A maximum of one (1) Website Entry and one (1) Mail-in Entry per household per weekly draw period is permitted (a household is defined by shipping address for a Website Entry and by mailing address for a Mail-in Entry). For clarity, a household may earn a Website Entry and a Mail-in Entry in the same weekly period, resulting in two (2) entries into the said Weekly Prize draw. A household may not, under any circumstances, earn more than two (2) entries into a Weekly Prize draw.
Each Website Entry or Mail-in Entry that properly qualifies for an entry into a Weekly Prize draw shall also receive a Grand Prize entry. For clarity, a household may earn a Grand Prize entry from a Website Entry and a Mail-in Entry in the same weekly period, resulting in two (2) entries into the Grand Prize draw from that weekly period. A household may not, under any circumstances, earn more than sixteen (16) entries into the Grand Prize draw.
4. Weekly Drawings, Grand Prize Drawing, and Odds of Winning

Weekly 8: August 24, 2026 at 9:00 am ET
Grand Prize: August 31, 2026 at 9:00 am ET
The odds of winning a Weekly Prize and/or the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

Grand Prizes (1): Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), delivered by Interac e-transfer to the winning Entrant's e-mail address (as set out in the winning entry). ARV: $5,000.00.
Weekly Prizes and the Grand Prize will be collectively referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize becomes unavailable, Contest Provider will substitute a Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Contest Provider may substitute Prize for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason, at its discretion. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per person. The same person may win one (1) Weekly Prize and the Grand Prize.
6. Winner Notification
Each potential winner will be contacted via email (to the potential winning Entrant's e-mail address, as set out in the potential winning entry), and they will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, a publicity release (collectively the “Declaration”) and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as the Prize winner. If a potential Prize winner fails to: (a) return the completed Declaration fully or correctly filled out within the required forty-eight (48) hours, with the skill-testing question answered correctly; or (b) the Declaration e-mail sent to the potential winner is returned to Contest Provider as undeliverable; or (c) the potential winner is otherwise ineligible pursuant to the terms of these Official Rules; then the Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected for the Prize by draw from the remaining entries of said draw. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Prizes will then be fulfilled to the winners to the e-mail addresses provided, within 6-8 weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate winner is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required Declaration and skill-testing question in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize. The winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation provincial, municipal and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Contest has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).

Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner's consent to Contest Provider and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
